Reinstalling or moving an eSIM

An eSIM belongs to the phone it was installed on.

Do not delete it
Keep the eSIM installed until your data is used up or the plan has expired. You can switch it off instead.

Same phone
If you deleted it, the original QR can often reinstall it on the same phone. Try once; if it fails, contact us.

New phone
An eSIM that has been used cannot move to another phone. One that was never activated may still work on a new phone. Contact us first.
