When can I get a refund?

The short version of our refund policy.

Not installed
A full refund within 30 days of buying.

Will not connect
If it is installed but does not work in a covered country and we cannot fix it, we refund the plan, or the unused part.

Wallet credit
Unspent credit you paid for can be refunded within 30 days. Bonus credit is removed with it.

Used data
Data that has been used, or that expired unused, cannot be refunded.
