Open your phone settings, set mobile data to your travel eSIM, and turn on data roaming for it. Then restart your phone once.
When does my plan start?
When your phone first connects to a network in your destination. Installing early does not use up days.
Can I use WhatsApp with my own number?
Yes. WhatsApp keeps your number. Your eSIM only provides the data.
How do I top up?
Open My eSIMs, choose the eSIM, and pick a top-up. It is added to the same eSIM.
Can I install the eSIM on a new phone?
An eSIM usually installs once. If you change phones, contact us and we will help.
Does wallet credit expire?
No. Credit stays in your wallet for top-ups and future trips.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full within 30 days if your eSIM is not installed yet. If it is installed but will not connect and we cannot fix it, we refund it too.
Do I get a phone number?
No. Plans are data only. Calls work through apps like WhatsApp and FaceTime.
