1. Who we are

Alpha eSIM is a service of AlphaZulu LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you browse our website, buy an eSIM, add wallet credit or use the Alpha eSIM app.

By buying or using an eSIM from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Using Alpha eSIM

An Alpha eSIM gives you mobile data abroad. It does not include a phone number, calls or text messages. You can still call and message through apps such as WhatsApp or FaceTime.

You need an eSIM-capable phone that is not locked to one carrier. Please check that your phone is supported before you buy. We cannot refund an eSIM bought for a phone that does not support eSIM, unless it has not been installed (see the refund policy).

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from us. Do not use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to resell our eSIMs without a written agreement with us.

3. Plans, validity and fair use

Each plan shows its data allowance, how long it lasts, the countries it covers and whether it can be topped up. Coverage, speeds and networks are provided by our partner networks and can vary by location.

A plan’s validity usually starts when your phone first connects to a supported network in a covered country. Some plans start when installed; the plan page tells you which.

Day passes give a daily high-speed allowance. After you use it, speed is reduced until the next day as shown on the plan. Unused data does not carry over after a plan expires.

4. Payments and wallet credit

Prices are in US dollars and include the plan price shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

You can add wallet credit and use it for plans and top-ups. Bonus credit is added on some top-up amounts. Wallet credit is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another person. Bonus credit has no cash value.

5. Small-order fees

When you pay for a plan directly by card, a small-order fee applies to low-priced orders: $0.49 for orders under $2 and $0.59 for orders from $2 to $4.99. Orders of $5 or more, and anything paid from wallet credit, have no fee. The fee is always shown before you pay.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service running, but mobile networks are run by third parties and coverage can be interrupted. We are not responsible for losses caused by network outages, by your device, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect plans you have already bought.
